An ideal venue for a variety of events, Hormead Village Hall is based in the village of Great Hormead, only 10 minutes from Buntingford, Hertfordshire. We pride ourselves in being able to offer a modern well kept facility that is ideal for private parties, entertainments, fitness and wellness classes and a variety of business events. Hormead Village Hall is a registered Charity (No. 302407) and our income is used for the upkeep and improvement of the hall and to fund events and activities for the communities of Great Hormead, Little Hormead and Hare Street.

Our main hall is approx 11 m x 7.8 m (85.8 m2) with an apex height of 5.5 m.  We have a seated capacity of just over 70 people using our own tables and chairs.  In addition there is a fixed stage of approx 3 m x 7.8 m with steps at either side. We also offer:

• On demand space heating.
• Fully fitted modern kitchen.
• Bar servery with chiller cabinets & commercial glass washer.
• Sound installation added to improve acoustics.
• Up to the moment cloakrooms, including disabled facilities .
• Off road parking.
